Restriction of Hazardous Substances (EU RoHS)

Cirrus Logic products abide by the EU RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and its subsequent updates which restrict the use of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent Chromium, PBB, PBDE, and four additional phthalate compounds.

Cirrus Logic works with our supply chain to confirm our semiconductors conform to the EU REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemical Substances) and the continually updated SVHC list (Substances of Very High Concern).

Backed by homogenous-material level third-party test data obtained from our supply chain, all currently available Cirrus Logic ICs are certified to be “halogen-free” (Cl + Br < 1500ppm)
